How we work with you
Powder coating with us is simple
Request a Quote
Fill in our request a quote form. We review your submission and make contact with any additional question if required.
Expect to hear from us within 24 hours.
Acceptance
Once the brief is confirmed we prepare a formal quote and advice on lead times for custom colours, production and payment terms.
Our quote is sent to you for approval and acceptance.
Drop-off
On acceptance of the quote your deposit must be paid in order to be added to our production schedule.
You deliver your goods to our Yandina factory and our team get busy!
Pick-up
For standard colours expect our 4 day turn-around.
Our team will notify you once your project is completed and advise on the pick-up time.
Turnaround time
Based on delivery of goods:
- 4 days from delivery/pick up to completion
- 24-hour turnaround +50%
- 48-hour turnaround +25%
- Stock colours only - Please contact us for current stock colours

FAQ's
Powder Coating is known for its exceptional durability, with most applications lasting 15-20 years under normal conditions. Several factors can influence the lifespan of the finishing, things like inproper surface preparation, material and environmental conditions.
We offer a wide variety of options when it comes to powder colours. We utilise both Dulux and Interpon to supply our powder and offer their full range.
Our process is capable of completing items up to 7m in length and 3.2m in height.
We can complete powder coating on Aluminium and Steel components. Steel requires a slightly more time consuming process.
In order to ensure a high quality finish, we prepare all the products we powder coat in house. We complete the surface cleaning, any abrasive blasting required and we always inspect the product before they are coated.
Ultrafinish Powder Coating guarantee a 4 day turn around. However we can work with you on expedited timing if required. Just get in touch with us via email or phone to discus your projects needs.
